Word出现"无法创建工作文件，请检查临时环境变量"的解决方法

      某天帮一同学安装office，安完后打开word使用时却发现提示”无法创建工作文件，请检查临时环境变量”，将对话框关闭后虽能输入字符，但无法保存文件，剪切、粘贴等操作也会收到错误提示。自己判断加上再Google一下，总结以下解决方法：

 

1 我的电脑 —— 属性 —— 高级 —— 环境变量 —— 在 “用户变量” 里, 将 TEMP 和 TMP 的值改为 %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temp ; 在 “系统变量” 里, 将 TEMP 和 TMP 设置为： %SystemRoot%\TEMP

2 将IE的缓存文件目录更改回默认位置, 操作如下:
工具 —— Internet选项 —— 浏览历史 —— 设置 —— 将 现在位置 改为 C:/Document and settings/

 

      更改完上述设置后，该问题应该已经解决了。这里顺便说一下，造成这个问题的原因似乎是安装了RamDisk，如果不会用或者不想用它的话，可以直接将其卸载，然后按照上述方法修改设置即可。如果RamDisk没有出现在添加/删除程序里，可以先去网上搜一个RamDisk安装后再卸载。
